Minimum deposit before departing
A $1000 deposit is required to reserve the boat. Trips over 4 hours require 50% deposit. Final payment due upon completion of trip.

A non-refundable deposit is required to complete reservation. The only refund exception is if the Captain cancels the trip due to inclement weather.

Illegal Drugs are not allowed. 
The local law enforcement is very strict regarding this issue and so are we.

GPS devices are not allowed. 
The captain reserves the right to cancel any trip without refund if any tracking device is brought onboard.
The first mate on the Pole Position is a professional with 20 years of experience. When it comes to fishing, he will keep your tackle in working order, will instruct you in the proper fishing form and technique and will help you land the big one! When it comes to having a dinner cruise, he will tend to your party to make sure you are well taken care of.

Depending on the type of trip you are reserving, the first mate may begin preparing up to two days in advance to make your trip an enjoyable one.

At the end of your fishing trip, the mate will clean and fillet all your fish, place them in plastic bags and ice them in your cooler. For all of the mate’s hard work during your trip, typically the mate is covered in a gratuity of 15-20% of the total price of the charter. 

This can be handled directly with the mate or can be included in the final payment.
The mates tip should be handled much like a server in a fine restaurant. If the service was great, please let it reflect in your tip.
